Tianjin Bohua Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bohua Engineering"), formerly known as Tianjin Chemical Industry Design and Engineering Company, was established in 2017 after the mergering and restructuring of Tianjin Chemical Design Institute and Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group Planning and Design Institute. Bohua Engineering is a national high-tech enterprise under Tianjin Bohai Chemical Group Co., Ltd. Bohua Engineering integrates engineering design, technology research and development, general contracting and other business capabilities. Bohua Engineering is also a leadership scientific and technological enterprise in Tianjin, a technical engineering center for the production of n-butane maleic anhydride in Tianjin, a technical service center of Bohua Group Research Institute, and the organizer of the provincial academic journal Tianjin Chemical Industry.
Bohua Engineering now has Grade A design qualification for chemical engineering, petroleum and chemical product storage and transportation recognized by the Ministry of Construction, Grade A qualification for general contracting of construction projects, Grade A qualification for engineering consulting units, Grade B qualification for urban and rural planning, qualification for planning and design of fixed pressure vessels, and qualification for pressure pipeline design of public pipelines (GB1, GB2) and industrial pipelines (GC1, GCD). Bohai Engineering has established a systematic and well developed QHSE management system. Bohai Engineering passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification.

Now Bohua Engineering has nearly 100 authorized patents and proprietary technologies, and holds a very high market share in maleic anhydride, soda ash, caustic soda, VCM, PVC, paste resin, carbon disulfide, carbon black, bromine extraction, magnesium hydroxide and other production fields. We can provide technical services for the owner in the whole process, including but not limited to technical consultation, technical licensing, joint development, engineering design, equipment procurement, construction management, general contracting of projects, personnel training, commissioning and device start-up.
